My pledge to clients
As a manager, I had the experience of hiring or “inheriting” staff and consultants who talked the talk well enough but could not deliver quality results either because of deficiencies or because they were not giving their best.
If you hire me as a consultant, you will get only and always the best I can offer. A legitimate question then is, Will her best be good enough for us? And my answer is, you’ll find out very quickly as I deliver the first chunk of the project, on time and without fuss.
My pledge to prospective clients:
- I will deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations. The job will be done right.
§ Before drawing a contract, we will assess if I am the best fit for your needs and what you stand to gain by hiring me. I do not take on projects for which I do not feel qualified, nor do I encourage clients to waste money on untimely objectives.
§ We will establish a realistic estimate of how much time it will take to do the job and how much it will cost to perform the services.
§ You will get frequent updates so you know the project is on track and you can follow and participate in its development.
§ Once you hire me, my focus is on your needs.
